I generally do not like the process of having to buy a new car and dealing with dealerships. I had the absolute opposite experience with Lorenzo. I worked with Gino - who was awesome! Communication was better than expected and our Armada was exactly as described. Scott in finance worked with me more as a partner than a "seller".
