Worst customer service and waited for couple of hours even though my number is 2 but some of them servicing other customer who came later than us. So finally left without any help and planning to go back tomorrow and draw all account money so that I don't have to go back any more. They are very rude and very bad customer treatment and hope this Wells Fargo Bank may bankrupt soon.

Always a huge line every time i come, only ever one or two tellers to assist customers. Always people walking out of line because they understandably dont want to wait twenty minutes for a simple transaction. Employees are friendly, but this has been a consistent issue since i started banking here three years ago.

Scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm and no one showed. I was standing around for 15 minutes until someone asked if I had an appointment. He had to finish up something else before helping.

I went to Wells Fargo bank this morning. Had the pleasure of opening my account with Kyle Sherman. I have been banking for many years, and Mr. Sherman is one of the best, most polite, informal, banker's I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He made my experience exceptional! I look forward to working with WELLS FARGO, and Mr. Sherman for my further banking needs!!
