I would call Honda customer service or honda financial services directly. Holman goes through people a lot on the finance side, had a great sales relationship with Dr. Bill, unfortunately he passed! Also, if the non response by Holman about your concerns are not or were not handled properly, you can file a complaint with Honda customer care! No excuses they have been in business for over 100 years, good.luck hope this helps!
