I recently bought a Mustang GT, and it came with an aftermarket rear spoiler and chin spoiler. Well at the time of purchase I did not realize the spacing was off on both. Being a bit particular it really bugged me. I stopped by Sprague's Collision to speak to John (shop manager), he immediately came outside and looked over the issues. He felt pretty confident that he could correct them. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Well today was that day, and he did an amazing job on both. Both issues were corrected 100%. I am over the top happy with his workmanship and customer service, John was beyond Great!! While the repair was being completed, I decided to wait the couple hours there. While in the lobby I was greeted by the owner Christina. She is such a friendly person and was a joy to talk to while getting my work done. I also talked to another woman in the office next to Christina's, Mary Ann. She too was super friendly! I am a very picky person when it comes to getting things like this done and expect them to be perfect when completed. Well, that's what I got here, and I could not be happier. All while being around two pleasant women that were better than great as well. In short, I cannot recommend Sprague's Collision Center Enough. Highly Superior, I will not go anywhere else again.
