Superb customer service. Store is always clean and organized. Manager seems to have good disposition with staff. Convenient location on University Drive just south of State Rd 84. Very busy plaza with Chil fil A so the traffic is at times horrendous... Only gave a 4 because I can never find what I'm looking for even though the store is always nicely stocked.

Merchandise ok. Lot less variety of comfort shoes than before. Customer service is very lacking in coutesy and helpfulness. Bordering on out right rude at check out. But, hopefully, limited to the one I dealt with.

Always a good time when I go to dsw. I didn't buy anything as the boots I wanted were a little pricey. I had a great time window shopping. Great stress reliever.
