The thing that makes alliance a great place besides the fact that it is a beautiful facility, are the awesome employees that are sadly underpaid but do a great job anyway. Sadly those aids that are setting you up for breakfast and all the meals they prepare with such care and cleaning your rooms even while attending to all the residents and their guest . They are only paid $11 an hour . Ridiculous ness !! I would give them five stars if they paid their awesome employees fair.

Worst place to work

My husband was in this rehab facility for 2 weeks after spending 2 days in the hospital. He was in the hospital due to a fall at home where he hit the back of his head resulting in a big gash that required staples. At that time, he had been able to walk around our home using a walker. Today when I picked him up from this facility, he is unable to walk, even with a walker. He has a few sores on his left leg that weren't covered and were bleeding. Also, both legs are covered in little red spots from some unknown cause or source that had not been there previously. Due to Covid 19, I was unable to visit him so was totally unaware of his current condition. When I spoke to him, he told me he was receiving therapy but never said he couldn't walk. I spoke to the social worker approximately 3 to 4 times and spoke to his nurses maybe 3 times. Not once was his inability to walk mentioned by anyone! I have a broken back as well as osteoporosis in my lower spine so I'm unable to help him with any activies of daily living except his meals. Needless to say, this has caused numerous problems for us both.
