Waited nearly 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see the "provider" -- They were not busy, they were taking other customers before me. -- Was in for a strep throat test. From arrival (with appointment) to departure was Just over 2 hours.

Created 6 separate appointments for my entire family on 9/5/22 for the following day, they were supposed to be 1045-1220 (but of course we all go in at once). I verrifed each appt was for a different person and receieved the thank you page. Promptly received a bogus bland email with zero information (no name or time) confirming I created 6 separate appts. Next morning, I received only 2 e-checkins. Completed echeckin for the 2 people and never received anything else. Arrive to the appt on time, exactly at 1045. Check in seriously took 23 mins. Only issue I came to them with was that I had no insurance card for myself, but I had insurance cards for everyone else and ID cards. Zero reason why it should have taken 23 mins. It is now 1142 and we still have yet to be called back for anything. The receptionist said she was waiting on the system to "find" my state insurance but i know that process takes 5 mins. As well, not sure why she couldnt have let her system search while we were being seen. Completely rude and unprofessional to make us wait for billing paperwork to clear. Shows where their priorities lie and it's surely not the health of the children! I have an 8, 5, 3 and 6mo all sick with strep, this is not rocket science or anything major. We just need a simple strep test and a script for zpack if we need it. We are Never returning. There is a reason their pediatrician is in the Orlando health system. Not much better but loads better than advent health money hungry 'doctors'.

Very impressed with this Centra Care. I had an 8 am reservation. Was brought back within 5 min, and seen by Dr. Dean immediately after being checked in by the nurse. He was kind, respectful, thorough and listened. The whole visit ran extremely smooth and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No complaints here!
