Absolutely the worst and rudest staff ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They will not help they will only yell at you on how they are an expert! They also go paperwork messed up with another customer and sent me someone elses information! Highly unprofessional. The manager there is just as unprofessional.

The State is no longer processing our applications. They are placing messenger applications in a box and not processing. Our suggestion is to go to Vital Records in person OR contact your local State Reps office - they also have offices in Harrisburg and can assist you faster!
