Tom Bellwoar made sure that my family and I were taken care of from the moment we called until the end. He worked tremendously hard to make sure that everything went as well as possible and it absolutely did. I cannot thank Tom enough and would recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer who will work hard for them.

Thank you for asking your question. We are fortunate in that we have a municipal parking lot very close to our office. If you are driving on W Miner Street (a one-way street) and pass our office on the left, you will come to a corner (S. Darlington) with a white church on the left. Cross S. Darlington and go about 500 feet. You will see a small blue Parking sign on the left and a municipal lot on the right. Turn in and park. There is a kiosk where you can pay for parking with a credit card. Place the receipt on your dashboard.
Yes, thank you for asking. PA Crime Victim Legal Advocates was created by our lawyers (Stan Luongo and Thomas Bellwoar). In 2018, to avoid confusion and streamline our practice, we decided to handle all crime victim cases under the same name as our other practice areas (Luongo Bellwoar LLP). Tom and Stan continue to seek justice on behalf of crime victims. Please call our office if you have questions or would like some help.
Yes, we handle DUI cases. Please contact our office to discuss.
