The new bartender is WILD. I ordered a double vodka and didn’t taste a drop of alcohol. Good thing I only took that one sip, because we noticed as I put it down that something was floating in it. It was about the size of my thumb, it was white and looked absolutely disgusting. I showed the bartender, and she tried to tell me that it was the sour mix. I was appalled. Next, we get our food and our fries only have 20 (yes actually 20) fries in the basket. We eat here pretty frequently and will never go back after this. I won’t even go into it because it makes me sick, but the cross contamination in this establishment is unreal. I watched a gentleman finish off a slice of pizza behind the bar, lick his fingers, then head to the kitchen and come back out moments later holding a tray of someone’s food. That’s as far as I’m willing to go into this :,) I’m sorry for anyone that has ever ate here.

I love the chain but tonight we had to wait for a table due to the lack of staffing. The food and service are always good but they, like most places are suffering due to people's work ethic. Strongly recommend the line of restaurants.

Had a great time enjoing a birthday lunch served by Macodo's very friendly staff. The egg and bacon burger was amazing. Fresh and juicy. The portions are generous so come hungry. Highly recommended.
