Not pleased with this chick fi a they did not have a full menu and the prices was jacked up way to high food was not that great Cold food cashier was nice and helpful but ever thing Els I won't be back I'll go to a real chick fil a this was at a college campus in pilot Virginia

Wish I could give this review half of a star. I went to this chick fil a today and picked up a medium thing of fries at the window, only to find out that it was half-filled. I went to the manager on duty and explained the situation and asked if I could get another thing of fries, and was immediately given attitude and yelling. He said “how do I know you haven’t eaten those” and “what am I supposed to do about it.” He eventually moved back to the fry window, angrily stuffed fries into a new container, and violently slid them towards me. This is unacceptable behavior from a grown man. It’s honestly pathetic. I will personally be contacting the owner of this chick fil a location to inform them about their manager’s behavior. On top of all of this, the fries I received were cold and hard. I’m very disappointed.
