Amazing facilities! After visiting Flagship’s Leesburg facility, took my second vehicle to the Vienna facility! To me, a four (4) star rating is a message of thank you for such an amazing experience. Loved this place. I don’t believe in having strangers clean my car. So the option of paying $12 dollars for a great outside cleaning is awesome. Then great facilities available to vacuum and clean your car yourself. This is the true value of this Flagship facility. I’ve never seen such a well equipped car wash facility. Thank you!

Top notch car wash. If you take the exterior package they have vacuum and towels to help you finish up.

This is the first time I have used Flagship Car Wash to wash my car I drive a silver Subaru Forester I call it The Silver Rhino I'm also a full-time Uber driver and my car sure look like it after a while and Flagship Car Wash did a marvelous job on my car it never looked cleaner. Kevin at the front described each detail about the washes they offer. The Flagship Car Wash Employee explained the details of the various washes they offer. I selected the Top selection which really made a difference in my car. I watched The Flagship car wash staff as they vacuumed the inside the car and clean every ounce of The Silver Rhino. I will be coming back when I need another car wash.

Really disappointed in the quality of service. Paid for the most expensive package that you can get, and found they didn’t really touch the trunk outside of some sloppy vacuuming. Front bumper is still super dirty as well. When you pay that much for a car wash, you expect it to be spotless, but it wasn’t even close.
