Hours say they were open but they were closed. I didn't post this till the third time I went by and it said you should be open. Even your hours on the building. So yes one star. If you would have just said we are really sorry about missing me and we hope you will give us another chance to review us in the future I would have been happy to come by. I come through there at least once a month. But instead you want to be snippy and have a bad attitude. Seems more like a pittiful child than a Pit Boss.

I used to love coming here, but not anymore. I received what was nearly just a tortilla with a sprinkle of meat and maybe a tablespoon of toppings. No sauce despite it being requested inside. It was bone dry. The fries were insanely salty and inedible. This is the second time the fries have been like this. The wraps used to be enough to stuff you alone, but today I’m left still hungry.

Happy, quick food-truck based BBQ with a lovely outdoor seating area. Sweet potato waffle fries were gloriously crispy, smoked wings very tasty, plus the option of 4 sauces.

Absolutely amazing little truck near the center of Floyd - don’t miss it! We got the half-rack of ribs, baked beans, fries, a pulled pork sandwich, and the “buffalo turd” (bacon wrapped jalapeño). Everything was delicious although the sandwich could use more slaw! The Carolina Hooch and Alabama white sauces were fantastic as well. Thanks Bootleg for a yummy dinner!
