wow! this company has amazing customer service. we had a small animal nipple with a defect in our recent order and I sent them a note letting them know. they replied to my email in less than 20 minutes. then sent a replacement over night! I didn't expect that at all, but am very impressed and appreciative! oh! also, our little guy LOVES the picky blocks. this was his first taste of real food, he loves them, and he was like 'where have you been all my life!' lol

Great pet supply company, I have 2 newborn kittens and they have everything needed, including "Miracle Nipple" brand that makes feeding sooo easy. Fast and super friendly staff. Highly recommend

Every order has shipped and arrived within 2 days (I'm a couple of states over). All the squirrels love their blocks, their prices are reasonable (and better than Amazon), and the quality is unmatched. And if you ever have questions, you can call, and they're incredibly helpful and provide you with all the guidance you need. Love supporting such a wonderful and caring company.

Awesome company. Purchased perishable product. Note on package stated to place out of direct sunlight. Fed Ex driver left in direct sun. Sat 5 hours. I notified Henry's and had replacements within 3 days. Only place I order my supplies and food.

The best way to ensure your squirrel gets all the vitamins and calcium he needs is to feed Henry's Healthy Blocks. No other supplements are needed or recommended. If you still have questions, please give us a call. Leigh Nealy
Please call our advice line at 321-626-1897 and we'd be happy to talk about this. (I'm pretty sure he is just "grooming" you, but if it hurts, there are ways to teach him to be gentler.)
Hello John, Henry's blocks won't "go bad" in the cage, but they will dry out. With a flyer, it's best to cut the block into smaller pieces so he'll tend to eat the whole piece right away instead of stashing it. Cuts down on waste too! Please call us if you still have questions. Leigh
