Terrible customer service. For an organization that solicits donations they are not very accommodating at all. If you’re looking to donate somewhere nearby, I highly recommend Miami Rescue Mission, much better experience.

Found some good stuff here but there were signs on the GROUND saying none of the clothes on the mannequins were for sale. We didn’t see them because they were not at eye level with the mannequins, which doesn’t make a ton of sense to begin with. Why would you put clothes in a clothing store you’re not willing to sell?? What kind of sense does that make?? And then have the audacity to be rude to and belittle the customer for being confused about that? It was a little ridiculous to be honest. Reading through the other reviews here it seems rudeness is a recurring theme here.

This thrift store is really great and let me first start by saying the fact that they are helping the community is amazing. There's free HIV testing here at this clinic and it's crucial to know your status! Also, the workers I dealt with there made me feel comfortable!

Not there they sell you second-hand clothes, shoes, kitchen utensils, furniture, everything ... they accept donations but they don't buy you.
Yes they do, but its during certain times and days of the week. So it would be wise to call them 1st to confirm those times. Helps to keep you from making a blank trip...

Haha consignment of mens shoes!!! Lolololol...good farking luck tryna consign mens shoes. If they're that crazy valuable you should probably try to sell them on eBay. Otherwise just donate them and be done with it. There are plenty of places that will take women's shoes in near-perfect condition. But men's shoes... not a chance
WOW! You should call them, but since they have their own pharmacy, I believe it's any time they are open - 9am to 5pm or so...
