I was in Miami visiting and I do like to thrift wherever I go. This salvation army had employees everywhere sitting around. The first thing I thought was crazy was they want to make you leave your purse with the attendant if it's large. When I travel I always carry a larger purse, it holds all my purchases. I personally don't know any woman who will leave their purse with an attendant. The second thing that was absolutely ridiculous about this store was the section that said blouses had all kinds random clothing including men's and kids clothes.😕 I was extremely disappointed in this this salvation army, it's sad how unorganized it was. It's so sad that of I lived in the area I would never go to this Salvation Army. This is my area and state have color coded clothing and if it says blouses there are only blouses on the rack color coded from white to black and all the colors in between. Don't waste your time going to this salvation army you will be so disappointed 😞.

Came here on a Monday and some of the aisles in the women’s section were not that greatly organized. They had a mix of things from pants to tops to dresses and jackets just thrown in but they did have employees on the floor attempting to fix it all up. At the register I had the pleasure of being rung up by Sean who was a true kind soul. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others. Another tidbit, their entrance as of right now, is at the back of the building for anyone who does go there. They have a gentleman outside who will guide you where to enter through the building.

Plenty of clothing, brick and brac, books, music, linens, and furniture. Minimal toys. Friendly staff. Busy store. Manager said, "I like my job!" Worth the trip from Homestead.
