Good equipment..strong vacs..the automatic car wash charged my card twice but when I called their customer service it was taken care of immediately! May have been my fault couldn't see the screen because of the Sun

The wash stopped half way through. This is a bad choice for a car wash. If you actually want your car to be clean, I’d go somewhere else. Beyond still being dirty, it left little white spots of some product all over. EDIT I got a hold of them the next day and they offered a promo code for a free wash so they did try to rectify the situation.

I love their app and being able to use the wash club in multiple locations is great. I do wish the automatics did better on the back of large vehicles like trucks and SUVs.

3rd and 4th bay always have issues. I've complained to no avail. I've been driving to the Derry Location which is always operable
