Car is not co.pletely clean. Bugs and bird droppings still on front bumper. Streak fee rinse streaks and spots on vehicle and windshield.

Used auto wash but pay machine didn't seem to be working so I had to download app & pay that way. Pretty easy & quick way to pay so it wasn't too bad. Only issue I had was this was a touch less machine. I'd prefer to have something to wipe my vehicle like another Fastlane wash we normally go to. Overall not bad.

Good value for the monthly membership, but the car washes are often in need of repair and don't always work properly. If say half of the times I wash my vehicle the car wash is not functioning properly.

Love going here, quick and convenient. I use the fast lane app to check in, buy my wash package then scan the QR code to get going. Quick and easy. A great few minutes to myself while my car gets a quick suds

They use it as a hold just check your account in a day or 2 it should be for the correct amount
The club is 1 wash every 24 hrs per vehicle. If it simply did not read the tag you need to call and the office folks will troubleshoot the problem.
