One of the worst hospitals I’ve came in contact with. First they gave my son a miss diagnosis then said they have no idea what is wrong. Please don’t take your children here. They care about money that is it.

I have been waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and have decided to leave. Go anywhere else. I had to miss work and pull my kid from school and didn't even see the doctor. I have never wrote a bad review on my life. Do not go here.

I’ve been going to Rady’s Children since my kids were babies. 14 years now and they provide excellent service. Always caring and the facility is clean. I’ve never had a problem once. Mr. Miller was our primary and then we switch to Erin Ramirez and she is awesome! We switch because my daughter is a teenager now and I thought a female would be better for my daughter.

I would honestly leave this hospital (their ER department) Zero stars if I could. I took my 7 month old daughter at the time to the ER because she was running a 104.6 temp. I told them she had been tugging at her ear and sick all day. I told them ear infection because I knew the symptoms. She had them all. I suffered from them as a kid. They brushed off my comments and ruled out ear infection and correlated the ear tugging to teething. She wasn’t actively teething at the time. The sent us home with the diagnosis of viral infection. Even though they couldn’t see her eardrum to see if there was fluid there or not because she had “built up wax”. I was there for 4.5hrs. To be misdiagnosed. They sent me home to give her Motrin 4.5ml ... the dosage for her weight for CHILDRENS Motrin. I had an infant. What do you think I gave her? Infants Motrin!! They did not specify. Being a first time, scared mom (this was in the midst of COVID outbreak last year), I just listened without question until it seemed wrong that I was needing to fill the 1.875 infant Motrin more than 2 times to give her the right dose. I then checked and I was literally overdosing her for 24hrs. We had to contact poison control and all. The next day, her fever was still not going back down. She was still tugging her ear. I made my husband take her in because I felt they might’ve been biased against me as a young mom just being paranoid. My husband told the doctor to clean her ears right away. They did that and actually checked her ears... turned out she did had an ear infection after all. Always trust your gut and parent instinct. I disputed the charge for the first visit. They did not agree with my dispute and sent me to collections without warning or notice of the dispute decision. Here I am a year later still dealing with their negligence.
