THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I have been here over 4 times and get WRONG information each time!! NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THAT IS NOT OK! I speak Spanish and still think it completely wrong and inconsiderate to hire people who speak little to no English and let them handle such sensitive matters to do with courts paying tickets and tags. THEY NEED AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF. On top of the fct that they speak no English they are rude when you don’t comprehend their Spanish. I feel like I’m in a third world country when I walk in there. Terrible terrible terrible. The manager just sits there and hears people struggling to understand the employees who have no idea what they are doing and ignores the Issue. Pls find another tag place to go To cause I sure am

I have taken away the Stars because of their LACK OF CONCERN AND FAILURE TO ENFORCE COVID precautions. They posted a sign on their storefront "masks optional." During my time there this morning, I counted 5 men without masks. The clerks don't care because they are safe behind a plexiglass enclosure. 😡

After reading so many reviews, I decided to go with the positive mind and hoping for the best experience since it’s close by. When I arrived, I couldn’t believe how long the line was and how slow the line was moving. Everybody was waiting outside in the hot sun anxiously to get inside and I finally did. I thought when my number was called, everything will be done soon. After waiting for more than 2 hours, the lady told me she doesn’t know how to do out of state license and she told me to wait for one lady there. I kept on waiting and waiting as 6 people behind me completed and left. Finally it was my turn to see that lady and shockingly the rain came down. That lady refused to take my application because she doesn’t want to go in the rain. She asked me to wait for the rain to be over and the rain kept coming hard. She couldn’t provide me alternate solution than sending me home but could not guarantee that I’ll be back and would see me first. This place is really ridiculous and unprofessional. The next morning I decided to go somewhere else and the experience was great. I went in and left in no time without waiting. If you plan to go this place, please consider other reviews and think twice. There’s quite a few place doing better and faster than them.

One of my favorite tag agency locations. Service is always quick and pleasant. Or perhaps whenever I come it isn't overly packed. Either way I'll take it. They have a spacious waiting area and should you need insurance off to the right there are some options there. They are also traffic school, so it's almost a one stop shop essentially. Can't beat that!!!
