I’ve been going to them for a year now for oil changes and such and they’re great. Awesome friendly staff

Great service and awesome employees. They took care of my car and caught issues before they became a bigger problem. They definitely deserve a raise!

The mechanic did work fast did a good inspection and helped me find options to pay for a job I could afford. In total $1900 for brakes and control arms is theft. Only could add the brakes. Getting the engine on my Benz for the same cost. Something isn't right with the prices

Too much. Typically $450.00 plus tax if you're including rotors. Go to Jack Willaims instead, much more reasonable.

Do I need an appt for inspection

Yes, Monro works by appointment. They might take a walk in if they have adequate time to complete the service. But those with appointments will be served first, just like at a doctor's office. First come, first serve. If you walk in at 12 wanting to have a brake line repaired, but someone made an appointment yesterday to have their car inspected today at 12, then Monro may not be able to fix your brake line right away. It also depends on how many of the garage bays are being used, and the amount of technicians available.
