What place closes 30 min early and denies customers??? This is not the first time this location has done this. Cold stone is my favorite ice cream spot but these employees are making that decision change. Great job!!

The Ice Cream is delicoussss! I honestly love it although the staff seem to be very quiet, they don’t say hello when you walk in, and don’t seem very happy or motivated. But they do their job and always seem hardworking but maybe a positive bright attitude would be nice :) !

I walked in at 8:57pm with other people and they served them and they didn't serve us because they said that they only have 3 more minutes to serve them and they were very rude to us. Their hours on Yelp and google said that they close at 10pm and when I said that I drove all the way from Hollywood and it's not fair they serve other people who came at the same time and they don't serve us, they said well we have the right to refuse service to anyone.

I love good ice cream so it should be easy but on top of great ice cream this place has great service also.
