This is probably the best of the best El Salvadorian food I've ever had, the pupusas are house made and are extremely delicious! I visited this place several times over the past 10 years, their food is really delicious, the Mar Y Tierra is my favorite, the steak is perfectly cooked and will keep you coming back for more.

Didn't have high expectations for this place because every other pupusa place doesn't come close to the one we go to in South Gate, but this place surprised us... Don't believe we are going to drive all the way to South Gate anymore... These pupusas have filling in every bite... They don't use regular Monterey Jack, their cheese has a better flavor...

This place was impressive. Joshua young worker was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the restaurant is very pleasant atmosphere. The corn tamales and pupusa was very tasty and so was the chicken “India” soup.

It's a nice little hidden spot. Stopped in for lunch as usually do when I work in the field. Let's start with the food: I ordered the breakfast that has the eggs, platano Frito, frijoles, crema, tortillas a mano, 2 pupusas de queso, and 1 tamal de gallina. Yes I know that's a lot 🤫 everything was amazing with the small exception that if you're sensitive to salt it may be a little over salted. The cheese puposas are definitely worth the price in my opinion they're fully stuffed! I'm not a fan of the curtido or the red sauce but this one pleasantly tasteful. My only suggestion to the restaurant is that dining should be charged after and not up front. I'm a big fan of tipping but I don't like to be baited into tipping prior to receiving service and being fed. I went ahead and did it this time because I strongly strongly believe in the karma it brings. Another downside of charging up front is that if I finish my batch a food what if I want more now I got to do another transaction. This was my situation hence the amount of food I ordered for one person. Had it been another day and time I possibly would have passed on the secondary servings. When I brought it up to the attention of the clerk as a suggestion she said that it's because people order more and don't pay so it might be the area so just a heads up anyone who's coming in here to dine in. I also suggested to her if she wasn't the right person to convey that to that I would be glad to convey it to the correct person but it seem to go in one ear and out the other. Piece of advice to the business in clerk; these small interactions have drastic consequences down the road. The scenario worked out for me now but it might not work out if I want to come in and eat here with my family of six. Just food for thought 😉
