Dr. Paredes has been treating me since 2008, due to chronic back issues. If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no further!! She's a breath of fresh air. I always look forward to seeing her. Hello Denise, Acupuncture usually helps to relieve pain and other symptoms related to the spinal stenosis, however, it will not reverse the stenosis itself. Also, each individual responds to the treatment differently, so you really need to try a few sessions to see whether it helps or not. You can always call our office schedule an appointment with our acupuncturist for a consultation. Hope this helps.

Hello, it will depend on what type of physical you will be doing. If you are doing the DOT physical, it will take about 15 to 20 minutes. If you are doing pre-employment physical, it will take about 20 to 30 minutes depending on whether your employer requested physical with weight lifting. If you make an appointment, the wait time will be less than walk-in. Hope this helps.
