Terrible, the worst rving experience that I've ever had. No water pressure, main breaker on the pole kept tripping, dirty, high crime, and way over priced. To top it off, the woman in the main office could possibly be the rudest person I've ever met.

Application denied due to bogus reasons. When I pressed for a reason I was told the owners denied due to no reason. There is nobody else to speak with. Very rude and unprofessional.

Nice and modest mobile home community with amazing residents. There is many organised activities and a dedicated board of directors. It is exceptionally well located, minutes from the beach and surrounded by all stores. All homes have a parking space and a patch of grass. The few Rv sites are well integrated and complete perfectly this park

I,am in the same position as you, would you consider sharing a place until we each could find out own place? Just a thought. Of course we would do background checks.
