In the 8 minutes I was there I was insulted by the cashier, watched him follow it up by insulting his coworker, had him write it off both insults with "no offense" and then watched an actual child come out of the kitchen like it was normal. At least they didn't mess up the order this time.

We came in for a quick lunch because we had not eaten all day and on a tight schedule. Our mobile order was prepared after other peoples orders who came in after us. My wife asked for ketchup and two people pointed behind the counter and said it was right there and for us to get it ourselves. Our McFlurries were not stirred, but no big deal. I can do that myself. What got me was that the lady behind us asked for ketchup and the employee grabbed it for her and was very polite. On our way out, an elderly man was having trouble with the ordering kiosk and asked if he could order at the register. The employee was just standing there not serving anybody and told him no. He eventually asked for the manager and she was rude to him as well until he said he was calling corporate. Not jumping to conclusions, but the observation was that the white people got worse service than the rest of the customers.

This post is strictly because of poor Managerial interaction. Had a problem with no change coming back to me Manager says" They can't read exact change or card". Very rude and how you not have coin change in the morning at 930am, decided to ask for a refund instead mainly because of the manager

Went to this location today , drive thru. Ordered 20 nuggets and when I opened the box there was only 17 nuggets. I never counted them before but I don’t think this is the first time this happened . Also the large fries are not even full. How many times and how many people has this happened to?
