Walked in, to find 2 employees on their phones, neither of which even acknowledged my presence. The one who took my order didn’t ask if I wanted it for here or to go, didn’t ask if I wanted any sauce for my sandwich, didn’t ask if I wanted to add any fries to my order. Food wasn’t even hot and I sat down in the empty lobby to eat. Then as I was leaving I hear them say to check bags for drive thru because orders were getting messed up but it’s ok because they have a lot going on, I walk out and see 3 cars in the drive thru. Food was below average, service wasn’t any better, floor was super sticky like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, sauces were empty at the self serve area, overall won’t be coming back anytime soon due to todays lack of any effort by the staff. Apparently phone and jokes are more important than customers

They have the meats!!! Food was great service was quick and friendly. All around quick and easy experience.

I have never had any issues with this Arby's. They are awesome and very kind employees. I love their Andes mint shakes and their vanilla shakes.

Never had the chicken fingers here. Were very good. Dip them in Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. Great curly fries.
