Sad that they don’t use AC anymore. Well they do but have it super hot in there to cut expenses. Sad when the employees are standing there sweating and complaining about it as well. I feel bad for the employees since they always give the best customer service. Prices have gone up and I don’t shop there near as much as I used too. Was told the AC isn’t set cooler to cut expenses since the price of heating and cooling is up. But for a billion dollar company and to let the customers and employees not be cool in the store while shopping/ working is just wrong and shows it’s all about profit and numbers ! Who wants to shop in a store while sweating while we’re in a heat wave ! Come on big lots ! Do better

I am a big fan of Big lots. I shop there several times a week. I always check the clearance Isle and get a decent bargain. I have a rewards card that gives me discounts which is very helpful. The employees are always ready to help. I probably spend too much time at this store. Most of the employees know me on a first name basis. I feel very comfortable shopping here.

I noticed that their prices are no different than anywhere else so it's not like a big savings place that they advertise

I love the store and I love the employees they are absolutely great at customer service! Russell was especially great and he was one that checked out my purchase. I would definitely go back
