Hai Ky Pho Ga

I normally do not review but couldn't stop myself from reviewing this time. I've experienced followings from a single visit. 1. The owner took the order wrong - had to wait another 10-15 mins. 2. The food itself was sweet as heck - who wants the sweet Pho? + the beef was off-color and tasteless. 3. If it is CASH ONLY, tell me before I eat. When I was about to pay after eating, the owner said the card reader is not working. I had to go to the ATM in the next store to withdraw some money with $4.50 extra processing fee. For those who gave this restaurant 5 stars, how much did you get paid?

3/8/19 - My wife and I had lunch at Hai Ky Pho Ga. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (#1) and my wife ordered the Bun Dac Biet (#37). We also tried a bubble tea drink. The food and drinks were very good. It is a small restaurant and the atmosphere is simple and casual. Unfortunately, the service was very slow so I cannot give a 5-star rating. That said, we will be back.

If you love and are looking for authentic Pho in the Lehigh Valley this is the place for you!! Started with the Shrimp and Pork summer rolls (ate it too fast only dish I didn't get pictures of), then had the Papaya Salad which was incredible, for entrees had a rice dish with charbroiled lemongrass shrimp and shrimp Pho - both were absolutely delicious full of flavor. Don't be taken aback about this being in a small little plaza, it's completely worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It's also BYOB but we ordered green tea.

The pho it's self was okay. My husband ordered rice noodles in beef broth and mine was egg noodles in pork broth. It was a little salty for my taste. Unfortunately, the real downside to my meal was finding hair in my soup. It was intertwined in the noodles. It definitely wasn't my hair, as it was black, and I have blonde/brown hair.
