The Lego store in Washington Square Mall is fun! It is clean and the staff are friendly. Easy to shop since a some fixtures have been moved out to give us all more space; definitely ADA accessible.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they have multiple areas kids can play with bricks. My kids would spend tons of time here if I let them.

My experience at the LEGO Store was outstanding. I spoke at length with an associate named Michael that discussed the fun of building the display models, what he likes to build with his kids, and value for money with sets. Their customer service and crazy selection was unparalleled. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.

Walk ins on weekdays, weekends, depends on how busy but got in fast, but if something comes out that is new and rare be prepared to wait for a while
Yes, this is a retail store where you can buy sets and some individual pieces.
Everyone is masked up. They are limiting how many shop at a time . Even saw some stores are making shopping appointments
They have a pick a brick wall, where you can buy lego pieces. But other than that no they don't. Amazon has books you can buy.
