I love fresh fruit! This is a friendly scenic place to visit and fill yourself with delish food. Mosey around the open air market for the wide variety of jams and jellies, sauces and syrups, and baked goods. You will offer the purchases to your family and friends to savor. Stock your pantry with deliciousness! Make sure to come early with the whole day spread out in front of you to leisurely pick the variety of seasonal fruits, berries, flowers and vegetables. Take time to surface every now and then from your picking to appreciate the grandeur of the glorious mountain scenery surrounding the fields. Many baking recipes are available to prepare snd serve up your treasure. They offer packaged compiled ingredients to take home and fill your kitchen with amazing scents as the fruit bakes. Purchase extra luscious ripe fruit to can and freeze. You’ll pull your hard-earned effort out in the middle of the long cold winter ahead and appreciate the sense~filled memories of a languid lazy summer. It’ll warm you just like that. Enjoy ~ now and later!

As a kid, picking fruits and vegetables with the adults was a "right of passage". It has been years since I bothered to re-experiencs the old ways, but the wife and I decided to go "picking". In short order I remembered the down side, heat, bugs, and snakes! But, we picked and had good exercise and was a fun diversion from the everyday. Chiles market was open air, and nicely appointed. Staff was nice. The fruit was beautiful, tasty, and large. The homemade peach donuts, AMAZING! You do not save money picking your own, a fun activity, but expensive.

Picturesque and great apples to choose from. Huge covered sitting area and liked the shop and wine they had there. Will definitely be back!

Yep! They've got quite a few picnic tables near the main building. There's also open space near the apple orchard if you wanted to bring a blanket to sit on the ground.
They started picking over two weeks ago!
