They will Drop your items off with whoever is there, they can’t wait to see if it was delivered to the person that it was sent to. In my opinion totally unacceptable!!!! That may be there policy but it’s not a good one for as much as you pay for their arrangements and the delivery charge. NEVER AGAIN

Not all of us work from home or able to miss work to wait on an inspector all day or leave work immediately to run home (45min from my office) to perform a 10 minute "inspection". *On a side note, during the COVID-19 how accurate is a SAFETY inspection when you don't enter the house, instead you require the contractors to enter and to use a web camera...

Had to call 911 after being hit in an intersection by a van that ran a red. The call was answered as if I was interrupting her day. Operator was rude, short and cold. Thank god I wasn't bleeding to death as the operator demanded answers to questions about the other driver that hit me- their name, address, year make and model etc. How the hell am I supposed to know all that - and within 5 minutes of being hit? If you aren't a people person or don't want to help others, you shouldn't be in any job where public interaction is required. You came across as a bitter jerk that would do this county a favor by retiring. There are plenty of people out there that would love and appreciate the job you have - and do with with professionalism, compassion and an ounce of humanity. A refresher course reminding county personnel that these jobs are to serve the public citizenry is in order.
