Worst property management company in Bend. Closed and unavailable most of the time, not even local. Would give 0 stars if possible. So many fake 5 star reviews on here. Do not trust this company, they will take your money and lie to you. Avoid at all costs.

With utmost grace and attention, Aperion Management Group is taking care of our community. Every call is being answered and receiving the right attention. Mr. Chris Bellardi always demonstrates professionalism and respects every caller. Mr. Bellardi takes the time to listen closely, explaining patiently different decisions and procedures, taking notes, and moreover truly cares about our community in Bend. The right team I can rely on.

Awbrey Butte has an infamous past of an aggressive and dysfunctional HOA, but since Aperion took over a few years ago, it has gotten much better. Marlena and her staff work effectively and efficiently to serve the community in a productive way.

I have worked with Aperion Management Group for several years now and I can honestly say they have performed with excellence and professionalism in every way. The have offered many training opportunities for our board members. Each of their staff, with whom I have worked directly, have been a pleasure to work with. Katie and team - Keep up the good work! Your company is a real asset to the planned communities of the high desert!

Because they don't care about the residents.
Great question! While our full accounting department is located in Bend, we do take the utmost care in providing the most secure financial process possible for the handling of payments, which is a lockbox system through your Association bank. The bank's lockbox is located in San Francisco, where they receive payments, securely sort them and deposit daily. This process both decreases risk and increases efficiency. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or post here if you have any more questions or concerns. -Bill Anderson, Aperion CFO
In reading the reviews it appears 1 HOA may have issues with the Board, community or rules. Residents seem quick to blame a management company rather than volunteer to be on the board or committees that could create positive changes. Management companies follow the direction of the board. People buy a home with an HOA and rules yet feel they don't have to follow them. So they lash out.
