The vintage has gone down hill over the last year. The manager is a bully and verbally abusive to the elderly. She threatens eviction for things the tenants haven't done. She has turned the tenats against each other with her tattle policie she implemented . If I could do no stars or minus stars I would. If you want to live in a miserable apartment this is the place to go. I am a real person my grandma lives there. The place is a dump all the carpets are stained I don't think the floors in the elevator have ever been cleaned. People should be towed when they park where they shouldn't, but its sad when a able bodied manager reserves a front parking spot in a old folks home with so many disabled people

Friendly helpful staff beautiful apartments and community activities usually at least once a week. Has a salon, a gym and a library. Also pet friendly.

John, Our 1 bedrooms are $701 and the 2 bedrooms are $835. Yes we have income limits, for one person it is $33,360 gross annual income. You can stay on the wait list until you decide to be removed. You used to be able to when the old manager ran it. It's not assisted living so yes you could have your grand kids visit and stay all night, however the neighbors might complain and run to the manager telling you that they are living there. Honestly, the whole place has a bad attitude since the new manager took over. New higher "fees" for absurd things and the neighbors complain about everything. If your grand kids visit one of the more snoopy neighbors will complain.
