It's cool to have such a variety of awesome bands & performers. It's not cool to add seating to an outdoor grass amphitheater so you can charge an arm & a leg for tickets. We understand the industry took a hit, but so did the fans, and most of us can't even afford to see the folks we made stars. So, four stars, otherwise I'd give all 5.

Coming from out of town, so this was our first visit to Hayden Homes Amphitheater, for an O.A.R. concert. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the port-a-potties were well-maintained, and had enough that despite the huge crowd, there was no wait to use them. The layout of the venue was well-designed, security was thorough yet swift, and they even had paid staff at every trash/recycling receptacle to ensure proper sorting. Looking forward to visiting again for future events.

Venue is a pretty decent size. Smaller than I initially thought but actually enjoyed its vibe right by the river. There were probably 5-6k people there. There were some food trucks and had a good selection of beers. I would give 5 stars but the security there took away 1 star. My spouse's fanny pack was over their guidelines by about 1/2 inch and since it wasn't see through they make you check your belongings. They even checked the entire contents of her fanny pack and all she brought was an ID, a credit card and lip balm. Still had to check it, what a joke! I've been to many different events at different venues including sports arenas and stadiums. If they inspect the entirety of your back pack/purse/whatever, then what difference does it make if it's see through. Also they had a designated smoking area that wasn't really a smoking area and made guests put their cigs out...in buckets that they put there...for guests to smoke. I'd totally go there for another concert someday (it's a 5.5 hr drive for us 1 way)

Our first concert this season after all the improvements made at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and it was wonderful. Organized, easy to navigate, great crowd flow. And an incredible concert on top of it all! Kenny Chesney did not disappoint. Non stop from beginning to end. He put on a great show.

Green grass needs to be watered that's why the ground is damp. They provide towels to sit on. When people bring blankets they tend to take up more space than necessary. Low back chairs are allowed which is pretty standard for concerts.
will call is outside the entrance gates. Opens 1 hour before Showtime. The above comment, the gentlemen is talking about the ticket mill. That is not willcall.
Hiring
Not allowed to save places in line. This place also doesn’t let you bring blankets to sit on, or chairs to sit in. And they intentionally water the grass to make it an unpleasant experience so you have to buy one of their stupid chairs. The whole place is rigged to con you out of money. We stopped going to events here for that very reason.
Uber/Lyft is definitely the way to go for this venue.
Les Schwab Ampatheater has a web site
No
For the ZZ top concert the gates opened at 5pm, and the reserved seats were already set up.
I'm going to the Alice n chains and Breaking Benjamin show on August 31st. So was just curious
No tests or vax requirements at this time (6/22)
10pm
There are no seats
Yes but it is the beach type chair. Very low to the ground. Recommend wearing warm coats and bringing blanket.. lots of wind, so cold we had to leave the concert very early
If you don't feel safe you should stay at home. No matter the cost
We did in counter a few but not enough to call it a problem. Great venue.
Depends on who the Artist(s) are, type of show.
