Waited for a long while in the designated spot (the sign said line here) while the print shop employee was assisting someone. After a while another customer came up and lined up behind the person being helped and after a few minutes the store clerk interrupted her work with the first customer to help her next. When it turned into more of an ordeal and she couldn’t help her she called for assistance. When the second person arrived he came to me -remember next in the actual line - and the clerk redirected him to the other person. When I spoke up and pointed out I was technically next in line and had been there much longer she snapped “I know” and then asked what I needed. She proceeded to tell me I could do it on my own - if I had known that I would have been waiting all that time. My arm is in a cast and I’m barely functioning one handed - I’ll not make the mistake of going here for assistance with printing again. The UPS store is much nicer to their customers.

No one engaged with us. No greeting or smiles from anyone. Asked if they had an item. Only thing said was "we do not". No attempt was made to help us order it or meet our needs. I worked at OfficeMax I know how you should treat your customers.

I hate this store. They have no stock, everything has to be ordered. Wal-Mart is better. The store this morning had one (1) person working, running back and forth between checking people out and help customers.

I absolutely love this Staples! The staff at the New Bern, NC location have always been friendly and helpful. I just purchased the best office chair there tonight and I got a great president's day sale price!
