Normally, I don't review anything on-line but in this case I feel compelled. My wife and I purchased a bed, adjustable frame and mattress in 2018 from Furniture Fair in New Bern, NC. The mattress began sagging where we slept. I called Furniture Fair and they sent a representative out to inspect and measure what we were concerned about. After evaluating they agreed to replace the mattress under warranty. That exact mattress was not available so they gave us full credit, over one thousand dollars, toward any mattress we wanted. We purchased a new mattress. The manager in the store, Gene Pittman, helped or assisted us the entire process. We love our new mattress and so grateful. It is so good to see a company stand behind their product. Thank you again Gene.

My wife and I recently purchased a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman from them! After asking numerous times and being assured that the price offered would be the lowest it wasn’t! After waiting two plus weeks for delivery, then having to wait another week for one of the items to be replaced we get a flyer in the mail and see the entire set on sale for almost $600 less! We went to the store and asked about a price difference and we were told that they owners don’t allow price adjustments! This is a horrible way to do business! We even made a phone call to supposedly another higher up manager and still haven’t received a call back and it’s been a week! I really don’t appreciate being lied to and then not getting a return phone call back from management! We could have easily purchased this set at many other places for the same price but decided to go with a local store but we will drive to other places to avoid this company for future purchases!

If you need furniture go there. Good staff they allow u to look without being under you. And lots of inventory
