I live in Florence and am driving from Reedsport and beyond for work and multiple times I have competed with their Delivery Drivers. Maybe delivery service is so good because they cut corners on the road to get product moved faster? Or do you have unrealistic expectations of your drivers? Why would I experience issues on the road with your drivers so many times during different times of the day? I would highly suggest you monitor driver quality more closely.. and even dash cams because your drivers are not driving to safety standards out there. Speeding, quick lane changes, following too closely, risky moves/too defensive of driving for no reason other than being rushed!!! The driver today didn’t know how to use their breaks. :( Protect yourself, and your employees and make sure your team is taking road safety seriously. Please! Your insurance agent can and will see this review if and when one of your drivers cause an accident.

It's up to our insurance but generally we've not seen them accept anybody under 21. Between 21 and 25 it usually has to be a perfect record.
