The food was great. Our waiter went above and beyond! His name was James, and he said he was new, but you could never tell that. He was very fast and made sure we had everything we needed. There were two other female waitresses who were giving him a hard time. They should have taken care of their guests as great as James was taken care of us. Maybe they need to learn from him and work to be better team members.

We had a 2 hr wait because it was Valentine's Day Weekend!!! We didn't care because we knew the food was worth it...but I must say..our waitress Frannie (I sure hope I spelled that right) was so on her game and understood the assignment!!! Drinks were never empty..food was amazing!!! And coming from myself as also being a waitress at a small Cafe in my hometown...the experience was awesome even tho they were extremely packed!!!! Way to go Frannie!!! You made our 2022 Valentine's day dinner amazing!!! 💯🤚

The blinds weren’t as filthy as the bathrooms, and the service was almost as bad as the blunds. The cup of coffee I ordered came out cold. Had the waitress stick her finger on the coffee to show her how cold it was. I LOVE Texas Roadhouse, but won’t be back to this location

Ordered my steak medium and it came out med well and rolls were burnt and hard. The condiments were all dirty gross, even salt had something else in the shaker. Please take Texas out of the name, you would never find food like this in a real Texas steak house. They need to send me their staff to cattleman’s in El Paso to learn what a real steak restaurant should be like. Just because there aren’t any better places in Christiansburg doesn’t make this bad food good. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’m just glad I don’t use A-1. Update per response from owner: I find the response to be ridiculous. This is a steak house not Mc Donalds where you get a $5 burger done wrong and they give you a new one. My check was $50 dollars I expected the food to be cooked right the first time and things to be clean. If you want to be like a fast food joint then change your name and keep responding to complaints with lame, standard empty words.
