I really thought highly of P1FCU and enjoyed the customer service until they decided it would be a good idea to sponsor a drag queen party for families and kids at "Pride in the Park" in CDA. Also sponsored by the Idaho Church of Satan (not making this up). What a brain dead company to enter into the culture war and alienate their conservative communities and customers. Many other credit unions from which to choose and so I did. This one is a good choice for woke progressives.

During the course of paying the loan on my truck I never once received a payment receipt. Recently I paid off my loan after talking to someone who never once mentioned any delinquency in my account. 2 weeks after paying my loan off, they reported the account delinquent to the credit reporting agencies. When I called, I was told the delinquency was some time ago, but they could not notify me, due to legal reasons. Their website portal where I paid my bill every month never showed me as behind on any payments and nobody ever contacted me. So now they screwed my credit report on a paid loan. I would never do business with them again, nor recommend anyone to do business here.

We have been using P1FCU since 1990s and have done the majority of our business through them. They have been very helpful kind caring. I appreciate their professional expertise that has mingled the personal caring element in it...keep up the good work we can always improve somewhat!

They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.

Yes, the lobby is open Saturday. I don't know if it's open the same hours as the drive through but I frequently go inside on Saturday's.
