The new on site Manager is highly unprofessional, she Robot answers the tenants calls in a harassing manner, then she "Tracy McCracken" will hang up on you pretending she cannot hear you if she does not want to deal with your issue, or speak to you. Even if you are trying to pay your rent. She came to my residence and taped a notice on the door instead of knocking during normal business hours, when I was awake since 5:00 am, as I work full time. She has never introduced herself to any of the tenants as the new manager to my knowledge, your not allowed to knock on her door or speak to her about your rent or any problems you may have but ,yet she is allowed to sneak up to your residence during the wee hours of the morning to tape a notice on your door. I am sick of this park and its so called regional manager ,and on site manager if you could even call her that. Prior to this Jennifer, was the on site manager who was friendly outgoing and very approachable. The RAW SEWAGE THAT WAS RUNNING ACCROS THE PAVEMENT AND UNDER TENANTS HOUSES WAS NEVER CLEANED UP! NO HAZMAT CLEANUP EVER TOOK PLACE, WE WERE TOLD TO POUR BLEACH ONTO IT AND LET IT SEEP INTO THE GROUND BY THE REGIONAL MANAGER!! I am disgusted!!!
