I love the beers here. It is clear that each beer is crafted with respect to the characteristics of its style, not some fad or trend. The beers I tried were excellent examples of the style, distinct and flavorful. This is a gem of a brewery, and the people of Crescent City are fortunate. Today was the 4th of July and it was pretty busy. There were only two staff working (one in the kitchen, the other at the bar). Those guys busted their butts with smiles on their faces, and kindness in their voices. I wish I wasn’t just passing through, I think I would like to get to know some of the locals who were at the bar. A couple of them even chipped in to lend a hand when things were really backing up! Cheers and Happy Independence Day.

Wow, all the beers are SOLID – it’s been a while since I’ve been to a brewery that everything was well made and a good variety that wasn’t IPA/hoppy driven or dessert themed. They’re doing the kinds of style I miss seeing that helped me fall in love with beer and brewing years ago. Cool space too. Wish we lived closer!

Sorry I just added the Beer Menu. We ordered a flight of beer and my favorite was the Irish Res Ale. The Krampus was super strong, I swore I heard “Jingle Bells” after a few swigs. On the side we had the Homemade pretzel with in house made mustard and beer cheese. The mustard will clear your sinuses!! Order the WHOLE pretzel and don’t share! We also had the BLT and the Tortilla Chicken soup was super good!! I’m coming back!

We are brewery people. Port o'Pints was hands down the best beer we've had in a very long time. We liked it so much that we bought a growler to take back to our room, drank it all the following day and went back for a refill before heading out of town. Our favorite beers were Sneaker Wave, which is a Belgian Dark Strong, and the Oatmeal Stout. The food was incredible too, especially the Brewben Sandwich and the bartenders were welcoming and fast. This place is a hit with the locals as tons of local folks came in with their "Mug Club" mugs and growlers to be filled which just reinforces the fact that it is worth a stop! Don't miss this brewery if you are anywhere near Crescent City.
