The staff is very friendly but, they are definitely salesmen. Try to sell you stuff and tell you it's a great deal and that you'll get this discount if you get this and that discount if you add that. Gets confusing and hard to keep track of and hard to know what exactly you're paying for in the end :/. The set up process is very long! Was in there about 4 hours adding a new line and getting an upgrade. Their computers are extremely slow. I even had to come back and finish when the system finally started working again.

If I could put 6 stars I would! I had the best experience that I could have EVER in a verizon store. Kate and Alex are very exceptional employees and could not be more helpful in every way. Kate was very patient with me and very articulate and great with answering all of my questions. Not once did I feel confused or overwhelmed, rushed even...unlike most stores. I’m extremely lucky they were working at the time. Incredible customer service as it should be. I will definitely be coming back.
