Terrible customer service. I came in with a flat needing repair. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, finally someone came and looked at the tire only to tell me that I needed to replace the tire. Then I was told they had multiple tires on the shelf. I asked for a quote and another 30 minutes went by and they came back and said they didn't have any tires. When I asked for directions to the next closest shop they told me to look on google. Very disappointed.

We brought my daughter's mobility van in because the front end started wobbling. So glad we did, Ryan was SO helpful as was the staff there. They ordered the part, we were able to get better tires and they had it back to us the following day by noon. It's a huge relief to know you're road worthy, especially when you are transporting a power chair. Crescent City Les Schwab has new customers for life.

Any place that doesn't charge you for every little thing u asked to be done is alright with me. This part of the country has very few options on just about everything you need in life. Good prices on tires with free popcorn.
