We used Hillside Storage for 6 months in between moves and had such an awesome experience. They worked with us when we didn't let them know we'd be moving out 30 days in advance and we were so grateful! We sprung it on them and they were very understanding. We would highly recommend using these storage units!

Good condition storage units, all sizes, secure location. Staff is always warm and welcoming. Excellent to work with, great service. Even when their roof was getting replaced and the computers were down, they still made a way to work with my tight schedule. Definitely recommend. Update: 2 years in and the management have been awesome. Very understanding, PATIENT, and always looking out for your best interests. Security is a high priority here for sure. Access to the storage unit is strictly restricted to only who(m) YOU decide. Very happy and grateful.

Hillside Storage was a great company to work with! They are very nice and are willing to make your storage unit lease fit your needs. They even honored the price I paid for my unit last year when I renewed my contract for this summer, which was fantastic! Their storage units are very well secured and I know that my things will be kept safe when I leave them there.

I've been renting with Hillside Storage for only a month, but so far I've had a good experience with them. They were great about helping me get my stuff moved in. I was able to use their moving truck for free. Even when I returned the truck after the office was closed, they responded quickly to my call and opened the office to help me. Any issues I have, they are quick to handle it. The only downside I have found so far is that there is no way to pay online. They offer monthly auto withdrawals, but I choose not to use that option for personal reasons. I brought it to their attention and they are looking into it.
