Our family of 4 rented bikes today and had a good time. However, there was a middle school group of several hundred kids on the island and many of them were allowed to rent bikes. If you have ever seen large groups of middle schoolers, you know they travel in oblivious packs like drunk squirrels. One of these kids on a rented bike ran into my child HARD while my child was stationary on the side of the road and the middle schooler was not paying attention to where he was going. He slammed into my daughter. My child was injured and this has altered our vacation. I do not think that Blazing Saddles should rent to field trip groups because they are not responsible enough to handle it. I say this as a teacher and a parent.

Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals & Tours has a great location in the Presidio, right next to Crissy Field. There's a bunch of walking / biking trails nearby and a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Because of that, it's a great place to rent a bike if you're visiting.Thank you so much for recommending our company. We really appreciate your feedback!

This sports store is massive and I've never seen a store with this much selection in NYC. I was there to pick up my bib for The North Face Endurance Challenge (an ultramarathon race) the next day.
