Security told us there was a line and that we needed to go around the building. Then when no one let us in we went back to the front just for him to tell us that he had meant for us to wait outside. Im 8 months pregnant. It's unethical to make me wait outside in the heat. There was more then enough room Inside. He spaced the ppl out way too much. Unfortunately ill be back. Hoping to get treated better.

I came today with my 3 month old to renew our benefits, I was on hold for half an hour and decided to walk in to this location since its 10 min from home. I waited about half an hour to be called and sat with a lady who was being trained and then had a meeting to go to, but all in all I got approval for medical before I left. I thought for not having an appointment they got me in and out.
