A month ago I requested the records of the Feeding therapies through the patient portal and they have not answered me. They didn't send it to the Pediatrician's office either!!! And the therapies were canceled because my son was Autistic.

This urgent care is the best, they always attend very quickly and they always get the treatment right, the Dr is wonderful, what a shame he does not have a private practice, and the nurses Charlyn and Marie, the best, thank you for taking care of my child with so much love, very grateful

Well, when I arrived, the truth was quite good, like other times I've been there, although never with any emergency like yesterday. What frustrated me the most and made me powerless was that I took my 9-year-old daughter, almost vomiting since 2 am and it was 12 noon and they still did not attend to me, I was desperate talking at the reception so that they could attend to me as quickly as possible, the girl's words were (the nurses are working as quickly as possible and you have a few children ahead ) I understand that all the children who were there are for an emergency but looking at me , none was about to faint as my daughter arrived , so as a mother I ask the person in front of this emergency to prioritize when a child arrives in a state like this please to avoid major problems.
