They never showed up on time if at all. I had to practically beg them to come and clean/maintain my pool as agreed upon. Horrible customer service. They are not dependable and do not seem to care. I would not recommend them at all. Don’t use them.

I paid for a months worth of service where a technician shows up 1 time per week. The technician showed up 2 times. I would message repeatedly about the technician not showing up. The company would reschedule the appointment for a different day and the technician would still not show up. I asked for a refund for half the month. I was told I would receive a refund on June 27th. It is now July 16th and still have not received a refund. My pool was pressure washed by this company. I have kept my pool clear however after the pressure washing, the sides of the pool have become very difficult to brush. The surface has become rough and porous to where I can’t get the algae out of it even after brushing the sides for an hour everyday. My pool is clear, but algae is imbedded in the pores of the pool wall surface. I have never had this issue before. I am worried that the pressure washer removed a layer off of the surface. Every time I brush there is a white powdery substance consistently coming off. There is also a small leak that I noticed on the new filter they installed. I messaged Protege Pool Services repeatedly about the issues I am having. Eventually I was able to make an appointment for today at 9 am. No one showed up for the appointment. I attempted to contact the technician, but the technician hasn’t replied. I would like a refund for the times that the technician did not show. Either that or provide the services I paid for. I would also like them to make good on setting an appointment and actually show up for it so I can discuss remedying these unresolved issues. The picture provided is a picture of the algae in the surface of the wall after scrubbing the walls an hour a day for a week. Hopefully leaving a review will cause the company to actually contact me and actually show up for an appointment to resolve the issues.

Protege uses tracking software to make sure you Tech shows up and spends enough time on your pool. And you can get a photo sent to your email or text after every visit so you know your pool was serviced. Protege Pools knows this is a problem with other companies that's why we make sure your pool will be serviced perfectly every week.
Chemicals are included. NEVER ADDITIONAL FEES. THATS WAY PROTEGE IS KNOWN FOR GOOD HONEST SERVICE.
If you need a weekend or after hours appointment, we can usually make that happen. AND THERE IS NEVER ANY FEES FOR WEEKENDS OR AFTER HOURS upon request. We don't add on these fees for our customers. You will see high fees from other companies for after hours , NOT Protege. We understand that some people need hours outside the normal business day...that's why we will work late and on weekends for you. Just request the day and time when you speak to us.
Yes, Protege Pools has a million dollar policy through the Hartford. You are in good hands! Pool Servicers in Arizona are not required to be licenced or insured but Protege Pools goes above and beyond to protect our customers. Pools and equipment are expensive and Protege wants to make sure you're covered in the event something shall happen.

No contract. Only companies that can't keep customers use contracts. Protege Pools let's you cancel anytime and no charges at all. But you won't cancel because you'll love us!
