Good food, but disapointed I couldn't take out bento box

Place has good food . But service has always been a challenge. Been there dozen times for the food. But this time service sucks terribly. Sat at the bar took 7 min. To get drink order wich at that time ordered my three rolls. Drink came out 8 min later. Watched a couple next to me order right before me get their food, eat it with long conversation then finish. Then order another role to go.....nobody came over and engaged hey sorry for the wait what can I get for you while you wait....nothing like that at all. Sat at the table logged on to the net did did some work. And when I finally had enough looked at my phone ....I was there 45 min. Waiting for food....at the bar....one guy.!. I would rather drive the extra 10 min and go to each. They greet you at the door...and always take care of you.

Their food and atmosphere is great! I ordered the Tootsie roll, Popcorn Lobster, and Chicken Katsu Donburi and all were very tasty for a fair price!
